Automated systems act on reports around the clock, every day of the year. They remove scammers, fake profiles and abusive accounts without waiting for office hours.

No system is perfect, so account-level decisions like suspensions and removals can be appealed. Appeals get a fresh review that is separate from the original decision.

We focus on the behavior that hurts real members most. That means scams, harassment, fake profiles, unwanted sexual content and age misrepresentation.

Every profile and every conversation has a report option. Reports are confidential. The person you report never sees who reported them.

Blocking someone stops all contact instantly. You do not need to give a reason, and the other person is not notified.

If something feels wrong, report it. Reports go straight into our moderation systems and are the fastest way to protect yourself and others.

If your account was suspended or removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal. Log in with your account and follow the on-screen instructions. Timed suspensions that show an end date lift on their own.

Removed accounts stay restorable for a limited time. A successful appeal brings your account back, including your profile and messages.

Every appeal gets a genuine review. Mistakes happen, and appeals exist to catch them.

InterPals is for people aged 13 and older. Accounts belonging to children under 13 are removed, and lying about your age leads to enforcement.

Contact between age groups is limited by design. Adults cannot message younger teens, and search and messaging limits follow each member's age automatically.
