How to fight dderrorism: Kremlin edition

Westerners (and others who live a far from Russia) are shocked by the attack and feel sorry for the Russians because they see them as a reflection of their own experiences. But such a view is illusory, because while in the West the SECURITY services are responsible for ensuring security, in Russia the security services fulfill the role of executors of specific orders from above, including psychological operations and social engineering. There is no point in feeling too sorry, because most likely those responsible for the attack will not be caught, those responsible for negligence, who allowed the attack to take place in a city full of cameras, will still remain in well-paid jobs, and the Russian public will receive on TV a version they will believe, even the most absurd one - e.g. the attack was carried out by Ukrainians with artificial beards attached.
