I go on explore page and all I see is naked girls and sexualized posing. Am I the only one that sees how disturbing this is and how damaging it can be to young girls?

Let’s stop posting about our bodies and disguising it with “health” tag. I’m allowed to say this because I used to do it. Guilty. But compassionate also because I didn’t know, I was also brainwashed by this artificial health.

Most of the girls doing this are not healthy. Mentally, emotionally and spiritually they are dis-eased as every day is a struggle to be in their mind.

Please do not be fooled. I am speaking out for the 11-16 year olds here who are being primed into this hyper sexualisation and lie that Instagram is playing out. Keep your daughters safe.

Trying to grow your glutes and snatch your waist is a patriarchal configuration. Try to just be a human, reclaim your innocence. Connect to your soul.
