You guys have a greater value for literature than here in the states. It's not popular to know and read dense literature. Here, the popular literature is very much for entertainment for the most part. I read "The Yellow Arrow" in a 20'th century Russian lit. class at my university and fell in love. I LOVE Russian literature. I've take 19'th and 20'th century Russian literature and a special class on Tolstoy's "War and Peace". You guys have a lot to be proud of. =]
